Will this cover all my medications? 
Not all medications included in your ADHD treamtent plan may be covered by Greenshield Pharmacies. Please check your coverage once your application is approved. 

What are the requirements for the program? 
You will complete a form to understand if you qualify for Greenshield's program. Some requirements include: 

• Residing of Ontario
• Between the ages of 25-64
• Currently employed
• Not on a private insurance plan
